Simple Pleasures

I read a blog last week (thanks to the lovely Em, who sent me the link) that had a list of 101 small pleasures you can enjoy every day. it inspired me to make my own list...i can't guarantee that i'll make it to 101, but i can always add on if i think of more! i've had something similar in mind since mrs. kaarin jean posted a blog about guilty pleasures as well, but the list yesterday pushed me over the top...also, several of the items on my list may or may not be from the blog i read yesterday...anyway, here it goes!

1. making lists! :)

4. sunshine
5. boat rides
6. cotton candy at a carnival
7. smiling at a stranger
8. clean sheets
9. a light breeze through open windows
10. driving, windows down, signing at the top of my lungs
11. funny things kids say and do
12. root beer floats
13. rice crispy bars
14. having exact change
15. baby animals
16. waking up with my cat sleeping right where he was when i fell asleep
17. stretching after a good workout
18. students being excited about a project
19. planning trips
20. live concerts and shows
21. remembering tv shows i watched during childhood
